The Forge supports companies in making transitions, e.g. in digitalization or innovation. With their scientific approach, they collaborate with the client towards a new desired behavior. The Forge is not bound to remain local. They get their knowledge from abroad, and aim to spread it internationally again as well. Partaking in Mercurio was a valuable experience for them. It provided interesting interaction with participants with similar ambitions, strong mentorship, and the extensive network of Voka. A decent fundament for their international future!
